J.Jill is currently looking to fill a part-time Key Holder position at Twenty Ninth Street.  As a key member of the J.Jill team, your objective will be to foster a store environment that encourages an entrepreneurial spirit, promote the J.Jill brand and provides superior guest service.  The Key Holder partners with the Store Manager to ensure the team meets sales performance targets by focusing on guest service, merchandising standards, store operations and training & development of all store personnel.  Requires a high level of integrity and enthusiasm to motivate associates to reach highest selling potential.  You will always be encouraged to challenge the process to ensure the store operates at a level of excellence.

Requirements for consideration are:

*    Strong leadership skills

*    Ability to model the way in all the J.Jill Guest Service Standards

*    Excellent communication, merchandising and analytical skills

*    Experience in relevant HR processes

*    Minimum of 2-3 years of Retail experience, women's apparel preferred

*    College degree preferred, or previous work experience in a management position

*    Basic computer skills

*    Position includes flexible hours, however must be able to work nights and

      weekends
