Full Time & Part Time Luxury Retail Sales Associate

Johnny Was is in search of a Full Time & Part Time Luxury Retail Sales Associate to support the store leadership team through the cultivation of a collaborative store environment. The Retail Sales Associate will provide exceptional service in all aspects of the sales floor - greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, styling, cash wrap, restock and overall shop keeping.


Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Acts as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer’s experience
• Demonstrates extraordinary service
• Takes ownership of individual awareness of product knowledge and current trend
• Knowledgeable of trend and supports brand messaging
• Ability to meet and exceed individual sales plan
• Follow store standard to develop and monitor clientele communication and growth
• Participates in ongoing staff education and through sharing of product knowledge
• Supports environment of genuine customer connection
• Other duties as assigned (including but not limited to general housekeeping of the store)


Skills and Qualifications
• Have an outgoing, positive and energetic personality
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to utilize retail equipment: Point of Sale system, tablets (iPad), scanners
• Ability to work flexible hours; days, nights, weekends & holidays
• Have the ability to adhere to store banking procedures and requirements
• Collaborative - ability to work effectively and cooperatively with fellow co-workers
• Dependable - more reliable than spontaneous
• Adaptable/flexible - enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
